How long will production and shipping take?
Production usually takes around 15 business days. Each round of figurine revisions adds approximately 1–2 days. Shipping usually takes around 10 business days after dispatch.

Will I need to assemble the memorial display?
Yes. The display box and miniature pieces are packed separately, so you’ll need to put the scene together after delivery. Please allow around 10–20 minutes for assembly.
What kind of photos should I upload?
Clear photos in natural light work best. For the figurine, we recommend 3–5 photos showing your pet’s face, sides, and full body where possible. For the portrait, choose a clear photo with the face fully visible.
If your available photos are limited or unclear, contact us before ordering so we can check them with you.
Can the custom pet figurine be revised?
Yes. We offer free revisions to the custom pet figurine until you’re happy with it. Each round of revisions adds approximately 1–2 days to the production time.
This revision service applies to the separate pet figurine, not to every item in the memorial set.
Will the pet detail on the urn look exactly like my pet?
The ceramic urn’s pet detail reflects selected recognizable features of your pet. It is a smaller, simplified element and does not offer the same level of likeness or detail as the separate custom figurine.
Can I choose a different display size, color, or theme?
This product comes with a Christmas-themed scene and a white display box measuring 35 × 30 × 35 cm (13.78 × 11.81 × 13.78 in). The box size, color, and theme are fixed for this product.

How do I choose the right pet figurine size?
The available sizes are 8, 10, 12, and 16 cm (3.15, 3.94, 4.72, and 6.30 in). A smaller figurine leaves more visual space around the Christmas details; a larger figurine makes your pet more prominent within the same display box.
Figurine size is a display preference, not a guide to urn capacity. If you’re unsure about the proportions, contact us before ordering.
How do I choose the right pet portrait size?
Our pet portrait comes with a frame designed to hold a 4-inch photo.
Which urn capacity should I choose?
Please confirm the urn’s capacity before ordering. The display box dimensions and figurine size do not indicate how much the urn can hold.
If you’re unsure, contact us with the volume of your pet’s ashes, if known, so we can check the available urn option with you.
Mini — 0.3 L (18.3 cu in): suggested for pets weighing 0–8 kg (0–17.6 lb).
Small — 0.7 L (42.7 cu in): suggested for pets weighing 8–18 kg (17.6–39.7 lb).
Medium — 1.1 L (67.1 cu in): suggested for pets weighing 18–30 kg (39.7–66.1 lb).
Large — 1.5 L (91.5 cu in): suggested for pets weighing 30–50 kg (66.1–110.2 lb).
