How long does it take?
Standard creation time is approximately 3 weeks. Rush creation takes approximately 5 business days and is available for an additional $9.99. Creation time does not include shipping, and requested revisions may add 1–2 days to the timeline.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Before shipping, we will send you photos of the completed figurine for approval. You may request adjustments until you are satisfied. Each revision may add additional time to the production schedule.
What photos should I upload?
Upload 3–5 clear photos showing your pet from the front, side, and full-body view. Natural lighting and eye-level photos work best. Please include close-ups of distinctive markings, facial features, collars, or other important details. If your pet has passed away, simply send the clearest photos you have.
Can you create a pet who has passed away?
Yes. Many customers commission a figurine to remember a beloved pet who has passed away. We work from the photos you already have and carefully focus on the details that made your pet recognizable.
What material is the figurine made from?
Each figurine is made from polymer clay, individually sculpted and hand-painted. It is intended as a decorative indoor keepsake rather than a toy. Avoid prolonged sunlight, moisture, high temperatures, and harsh cleaning products.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to international destinations. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
How closely will it resemble my pet?
Every figurine is sculpted and painted entirely by hand. We carefully recreate your pet’s markings, expression, posture, and distinctive features. Because this is a handmade artistic interpretation, slight differences are natural and an exact photographic replica cannot be guaranteed.
What if my figurine arrives damaged?
If your figurine arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement when eligible.
Will my pet figurine fade or change over time?
Each figurine is carefully sealed with a protective finish to help preserve its color and details. To keep it looking its best, display it indoors and avoid prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, high temperatures, and harsh cleaning products.
Will you use our photos elsewhere?
Your pet’s photo is used only to create your custom order. Solace Paw will never use your photo in marketing without your permission.
