Each mug is individually formed and painted, so small differences are part of its character. Here is what to expect before you order.
The base order includes one pet, and one mug can include up to three pets. Choose any cup colour and place the pet’s name inside the cup or on the outside. All prices appear only in the personalization area and follow the active market currency.
Approximate capacity is 300–400 ml. Because every mug is formed by hand, capacity, shape, brushwork and the exact placement of the miniature figure will vary slightly.
The pet portrait is painted in underglaze beneath a clear glaze and kiln-fired as part of the ceramic mug.
Standard production takes 15 business days. Rush production takes 6 business days. These are making times; shipping time begins after the mug is completed.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours are not accepted. If your mug arrives damaged, contact us within 1 day of delivery and send clear photos showing the damage. We will remake the damaged mug at no additional charge.

What photos should I upload?
Use one clear eye-level main image plus side views and close-ups of defining markings. Five useful files are better than many weak images.
Will the figure look exactly like my pet?
It is a hand-formed artistic interpretation, not a machine replica. The goal is recognizable character and key markings, with normal handmade variation.
What is included in the base order?
