BETTER PHOTOS, A MORE FAMILIAR PORTRAIT
Help us see what makes them, them
You know the expression, markings and little details that make your pet unmistakable. A few clear photos help the artist notice them too.

- A side view showing the ears, muzzle and body markings
- Close-ups of unusual spots, eye colour or collar details
- Avoid filters, screenshots and tightly cropped faces
THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
Made by hand. Explained clearly
Each mug is individually formed and painted, so small differences are part of its character. Here is what to expect before you order.
The base order includes one pet, and one mug can include up to three pets. Choose any cup colour and place the pet’s name inside the cup or on the outside. All prices appear only in the personalization area and follow the active market currency.
Approximate capacity is 300–400 ml. Because every mug is formed by hand, capacity, shape, brushwork and the exact placement of the miniature figure will vary slightly.
The pet portrait is painted in underglaze beneath a clear glaze and kiln-fired as part of the ceramic mug.
Standard production takes 15 business days. Rush production takes 6 business days. These are making times; shipping time begins after the mug is completed.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours are not accepted. If your mug arrives damaged, contact us within 1 day of delivery and send clear photos showing the damage. We will remake the damaged mug at no additional charge.
